Blasting Operative qualified with Train the Painter (either silver or gold level) or ICATS blaster. 

Preparation/Painting Operative preferably already qualified with Train the Painter or ICATS. 

Powder Coating Sprayer Operative must be experienced with knowledge of spray coating systems within a powder coating environment and able to illustrate understanding of pre-treatment and coating processes.

All roles require applicants with at least one year of work experience in a similar position, to be prepared to follow health and safety, quality and environmental rules and direction from managers and site supervisors.  Excellent communication skills and ability to read and understand method statements, risk assessments, COSHH assessments and toolbox talks.  Hours and shifts are variable, with optional overtime.  Excellent hourly pay rates according to skill levels and qualifications. Additional training is available for successful applicants.
